KPS Global is hiring a full-time Account Manager to join our sales team in Fort Worth, Texas. This is a ground-floor opportunity with the industry's leading manufacturer of custom insulated panel systems and climate-controlled enclosures, serving convenience stores, supermarkets, warehouse clubs, and scientific facilities across North America.
About the Role
As an Account Manager at KPS Global, you'll drive revenue growth by cultivating long-term client relationships and expanding our market presence in the Fort Worth area and beyond. You'll serve as the primary liaison between our engineering and manufacturing teams and your customers, ensuring every custom project meets exacting specifications and timelines. This role blends sales strategy, technical consultation, and customer success—ideal for someone who wants to own a portfolio of accounts from prospecting through delivery and ongoing support.
What You'll Do
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities among convenience stores, supermarkets, warehouse clubs, and industrial facilities in Tarrant County and surrounding markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and purchasing teams at existing and prospective accounts
- Collaborate with our technical sales specialists to understand customer needs and present customized panel and enclosure solutions
- Manage account profitability, track pipeline metrics, and exceed quarterly revenue targets
- Support the full sales cycle from initial consultation through project completion and customer retention
- Conduct site visits and presentations to showcase KPS Global's capabilities and 75+ year track record
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of B2B sales or account management experience, preferably in manufacturing, industrial supply, or facility solutions
- Proven ability to close deals and manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to simplify technical concepts for business audiences
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a consultative sales approach
- Comfortable with CRM software and sales analytics
- Willingness to travel locally and regionally to meet with customers
