Diesel Technician Mechanic

NFI / NFI Interactive Logistics LLC is seeking a full-time Diesel Technician Mechanic in Ark, Gloucester County. This position offers competitive hourly compensation of $24 to $25 per hour based on your experience.

About the Role

In this full-time position, you'll use hands-on mechanical expertise and modern diagnostic tools to maintain and service our commercial fleet. Your work keeps vehicles running reliably and supports the customers who depend on our logistics operations.

What You'll Do

• Conduct preventive maintenance including oil and fluid changes, filter replacements, and safety inspections
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems using industry-standard diagnostic equipment
• Perform repairs and replacements on diesel engines, transmissions, brakes, and related systems
• Document all maintenance and repair work in service records
• Ensure all work meets safety standards and company maintenance requirements
• Work collaboratively with other technicians and supervisors to manage daily workflow

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a diesel technician or mechanic on commercial vehicles
• In-depth knowledge of diesel engine systems, drivetrain components, and hydraulic systems
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools and mechanical equipment
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and repair specifications
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Commitment to quality workmanship and attention to detail
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
