About the Role

We're seeking a motivated part-time team member to join our Austin store and make a real difference in how customers experience Michaels. You'll be the welcoming face on the sales floor and checkout counter, connecting customers with the art supplies, home décor, seasonal goods, and craft materials they need to bring their ideas to life.

What You'll Do

• Greet customers with genuine warmth and assist them in finding the right products for their projects
• Provide knowledgeable, friendly checkout service that keeps lines moving and customers satisfied
• Stock, organize, and maintain merchandise across the store to keep displays attractive and inventory accessible
• Help unload and process incoming inventory and truck deliveries
• Maintain store appearance and recovery standards that reflect Michaels' brand promise of quality and service
• Answer customer questions about products, availability, and store policies
• Support team members and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment
