BrightView is hiring a full-time Landscaper in Druid, Baltimore, to perform landscape maintenance across industrial, commercial, and public properties while working alongside an experienced team in the region.

About the Role

Join BrightView's landscape crew and develop your skills in a hands-on role that keeps properties looking professional and well-maintained. As a Landscaper, you'll support daily operations, learn to work with commercial-grade equipment safely, and contribute to the outdoor spaces that matter to our clients across Baltimore.

What You'll Do

• Perform landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, edging, and cleanup on assigned properties
• Care for plant beds, shrubs, and turf areas according to property standards
• Operate and maintain commercial landscaping equipment under proper guidance
• Assist with seasonal maintenance tasks and property improvements
• Work collaboratively with your team and follow supervisor direction
• Keep equipment and work areas organized and safe

What We're Looking For

• Ability to perform physical outdoor work in all weather conditions
• Willingness to learn equipment operation and landscaping best practices
• Reliable, punctual, and team-focused work ethic
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Valid driver's license and consistent access to transportation to the Druid area
• Physical capacity to lift, carry, and work with landscaping tools and materials
