About the Role

As Senior Community Manager for our San Francisco properties, you'll oversee comprehensive operations at two assigned communities while building strong resident relationships and leading on-site management teams. Your leadership will set the standard for service excellence, operational efficiency, and financial performance across your portfolio.

What You'll Do

• Direct all operational aspects of two residential communities, including leasing, resident services, and property maintenance oversight
• Lead and mentor management teams, establishing a culture of accountability and resident-focused service delivery
• Create and implement community engagement programs, resident events, and retention initiatives
• Manage lease administration, rent collection, renewals, and resident communications while maintaining positive relationships
• Track performance metrics, budgets, and compliance with company standards and local regulations
• Address resident needs and concerns promptly, ensuring high satisfaction and community stability
• Coordinate with maintenance and support teams to keep properties maintained to company standards

• Proven multifamily or commercial property management experience with demonstrated success in operations and team leadership
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and resolve issues effectively
• Proficiency with property management systems, budgeting, and performance analytics
• Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining resident satisfaction and attention to detail
• Knowledge of fair housing practices and multifamily property management standards
