East West Manufacturing is hiring a Corporate Counsel, Commercial Contracts—a full-time position based in North Atlanta, DeKalb County. You'll combine hands-on contract management with strategic legal advisory at a manufacturing company dedicated to making the world cleaner, safer, healthier, and smarter.

About the Role

As Corporate Counsel at East West Manufacturing, you'll serve as a trusted legal advisor and contracts expert, supporting our business growth and operational excellence. This role sits at the intersection of legal strategy and commercial execution—you'll manage critical contracts, mitigate legal risks, and guide our teams through complex business decisions that align with our company mission.

What You'll Do

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts including procurement, sales, partnership, and vendor agreements
• Assess legal risks and advise on contract terms, obligations, and compliance implications
• Support resolution of contract disputes and legal questions from business teams
• Collaborate across departments to ensure legal alignment with business strategy and risk management
• Advise on regulatory compliance and legal requirements affecting our operations

What We're Looking For

• Juris Doctor degree and active bar license in Georgia or any US jurisdiction
• Meaningful experience in commercial law, contract management, or corporate legal practice
• Strong analytical abilities and keen attention to detail in contract language and legal implications
• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
• Collaborative mindset and ability to engage effectively across all organizational levels
• Problem-solver and strategic thinker who thrives in a mission-driven culture
