About the Role
As a Dishwasher at Lely Resort Golf Country Club, you'll be a key member of our culinary and hospitality team. Working in a fast-paced golf club kitchen, you'll ensure that all dishes, utensils, glassware, and kitchen equipment meet our high cleanliness and safety standards. Your work directly supports our talented chefs and servers in delivering the exceptional dining experiences our members and guests expect.
What You'll Do
- Operate commercial dishwashing equipment and hand-wash delicate items as needed
- Maintain clean, organized dish stations throughout kitchen hours
- Follow established sanitation protocols and food safety guidelines
- Sort and load dishes, glassware, pots, and pans efficiently
- Assist with kitchen prep tasks and general housekeeping
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations
- Work full-time shifts, including weekends and special events
What We're Looking For
- Physical stamina for standing, repetitive motions, and handling wet items in a warm environment
- Reliability and a strong work ethic
- Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
- Ability to work well as part of a kitchen team
