This is a full-time contract position offering 36 guaranteed hours per week on a predictable day schedule—perfect for healthcare professionals seeking stable, meaningful work in skilled nursing and residential care.

About the Role

As a Certified Nursing Assistant in our long-term care community, you'll provide compassionate, hands-on support to residents while working alongside nursing staff and care teams. This is a 14-week contract assignment with a consistent Monday–Wednesday schedule, 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM, allowing you to build routine and stability while delivering quality patient care.

What You'll Do

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Support mobility and transfer activities while maintaining proper body mechanics and safety protocols
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition, behavior, or comfort to nursing staff
• Maintain clean, safe, and comfortable resident rooms and common areas
• Respond promptly to resident requests and communicate compassionately with patients and families
• Follow facility policies, infection control standards, and resident care plans
• Assist with vital signs monitoring and basic healthcare documentation as directed

What We're Looking For

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with empathy for elderly and vulnerable populations
• Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team environment
• Physical capability to lift, transfer, and support residents safely
• Reliable attendance and commitment to the assigned Monday–Wednesday schedule
• Willingness to follow established protocols and continuously prioritize resident dignity and safety
