About the Role

As a Metallurgical Engineer I at Exploratory Ventures, you'll play a key role in maintaining and advancing our BRS metallurgical systems. Working within our Quality and Product Development departments, you'll contribute directly to achieving site-level metallurgical goals while upholding rigorous performance and compliance standards.

What You'll Do

• Partner with operations teams to assess material performance, unit capabilities, and process efficiency across production lines
• Conduct materials analysis and testing to support quality assurance and process optimization
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and protocols aligned with BRS requirements and regulatory standards
• Collaborate on process improvements that enhance yield, reduce waste, and strengthen product performance
• Support environmental, health, and safety initiatives through materials-focused solutions and technical oversight
• Troubleshoot metallurgical challenges in production and recommend corrective actions
• Contribute to new product development efforts with metallurgical expertise and testing data

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Materials Science, or closely related field
• Understanding of metallurgical principles, material properties, and testing methodologies
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with operations, quality, and engineering teams
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality, safety, and regulatory compliance
• Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn specialized BRS systems and processes
• Proficiency with technical documentation and data analysis tools
