About the Role

As Assistant Store Manager, you'll be the backbone of store operations at our Horicon location. You'll work alongside the Store Manager to ensure exceptional customer service, maintain operational excellence, and create a positive shopping experience for every visitor. This role offers hands-on leadership experience in a fast-paced retail environment where your contributions directly influence store success.

What You'll Do

• Support store operations and oversee daily activities including merchandising, inventory management, and customer service
• Lead and mentor store associates, providing coaching and fostering a collaborative team environment
• Monitor sales performance, product placement, and store conditions to meet company standards
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and loss prevention
• Respond to customer needs and resolve concerns to ensure positive shopping experiences
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure shelving, signage, and product displays are current
• Support hiring, training, and scheduling efforts for the store team
