About the Role

As a Ramp Agent at our Lihue location, you'll perform essential ground operations that keep Hawaiian Airlines flights safe, efficient, and ready to serve. You'll work outdoors in a dynamic airport environment, collaborating with pilots, flight crews, and fellow team members to maintain our reputation for hospitality and reliability. This is hands-on work where precision, safety awareness, and teamwork matter every shift.

What You'll Do

• Load and unload aircraft baggage, cargo, and mail using proper techniques and equipment
• Operate ground support equipment including tugs, belt loaders, and aircraft towing vehicles
• Conduct pre-flight and post-flight aircraft inspections to ensure operational readiness and safety
• Perform fueling, de-icing, and other specialized ground handling operations as needed
• Coordinate with flight crews and ramp personnel to meet departure schedules
• Adhere to all safety regulations, company procedures, and airport security protocols

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Physical capability to lift 75+ pounds regularly and work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Valid driver's license and ability to obtain security clearance and pass background screening
• Strong teamwork and communication skills with a focus on safety
• Reliability, attention to detail, and commitment to operational standards
• Prior ramp, ground operations, or aviation experience preferred
