What You'll Do

• Greet and register patients with professionalism and compassion during their visits
• Verify insurance coverage and clearly communicate patient financial responsibility
• Schedule appointments and maintain accurate patient records in our electronic health records system
• Collect and process patient intake information with attention to detail and completeness
• Respond to patient inquiries via phone, email, or in-person with clarity and care
• Process payments, copayments, and deductibles according to established procedures
• Maintain strict confidentiality of patient information in compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Support team efficiency by coordinating communication between clinical and administrative departments

What We're Looking For

• Experience in patient registration, medical office administration, or similar patient-facing healthcare role
• Strong organizational and time management skills in a dynamic healthcare environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency with electronic health records systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to handle sensitive patient information with discretion and respect

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or healthcare experience preferred
