Family Centered Treatment Therapist

HEALTH CONNECT AMERICA, INC is seeking a Family Centered Treatment Therapist to join our team in Pineville, Mecklenburg County. This full-time position offers the opportunity to deliver meaningful therapeutic support to families navigating treatment and recovery.

About the Role

As a Family Centered Treatment Therapist with HEALTH CONNECT AMERICA, INC, you'll work directly with families to develop individualized treatment plans that address each member's needs. Your role focuses on creating lasting, positive change through evidence-based therapeutic approaches and compassionate family engagement.

What You'll Do

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to understand family dynamics and individual treatment needs
• Develop, implement, and adjust comprehensive treatment plans that reflect each family's goals and circumstances
• Facilitate individual and family therapy sessions using established clinical methodologies
• Document client progress, treatment outcomes, and clinical observations in accordance with regulatory standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care and ensure continuity across services
• Provide crisis intervention and support when needed
• Maintain professional boundaries and practice ethical standards in all interactions

What We're Looking For

• Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, marriage and family therapy, or related mental health field
• Current licensure or certification as required by North Carolina (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent)
• Demonstrated experience delivering family-centered therapeutic services
• Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills
• Ability to work effectively with diverse families and complex presentations
• Commitment to trauma-informed, culturally responsive care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
