Carthage Center is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for our Carthage location in the Fort Drum, Jefferson County area. This part-time role offers competitive pay with shift differentials, sign-on and retention bonuses, and Daily Pay flexibility.

About the Role

We're seeking a dedicated, certified Nursing Assistant to deliver compassionate patient care and support our clinical team. You'll play a vital role in ensuring patient comfort, safety, and dignity while working with nursing staff in a healthcare setting.

What You'll Do

• Assist patients with personal care activities including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• Support nursing staff with patient monitoring and vital sign measurement
• Maintain a safe, sanitary, and comfortable patient environment
• Respond to patient requests and communicate effectively with clinical team members
• Help patients with mobility and positioning to prevent injury and ensure comfort

What We're Looking For

• Current New York State CNA Certification (required)
• Availability for part-time hours, including evening and night shifts
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Physical capability to assist patients safely and properly
• Genuine compassion for patient care and respect for dignity

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive base rate: $18.50–$20.50 per hour
• $0.65 per hour shift differential for evening and night positions
• $2,000 sign-on bonus
• $1,000 retention bonus
• Daily Pay access through our trusted third-party provider
