Qnity seeks a Senior Plant Finance Analyst to drive financial strategy and operational excellence at our Newark, New Castle County facility. In this full-time role, you'll partner with plant leadership to optimize cost management, support capital investment decisions, and deliver actionable financial insights that fuel growth in advanced electronics manufacturing.

About the Role

As Senior Plant Finance Analyst, you'll own the financial health of our plant operations, translating complex data into strategic recommendations that shape how we allocate resources and measure performance. You'll work across departments to ensure budgets align with production goals, identify cost savings opportunities, and provide the financial visibility our leaders need to make confident decisions.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and manage annual plant budgets, including operating expenses, capital expenditures, and headcount planning
  • Conduct monthly variance analysis and variance reporting, investigating cost drivers and recommending corrective actions
  • Build financial forecasts and projections that reflect production schedules, market conditions, and operational improvements
  • Support capital budgeting projects, analyzing ROI and justifying investments in equipment, technology, and facility upgrades
  • Partner with plant management on cost reduction initiatives and process efficiency improvements
  • Track and report key financial metrics including labor productivity, material costs, overhead allocation, and margin performance
  • Prepare financial statements, dashboards, and presentations for plant leadership and corporate stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal financial controls

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field; CPA or CMA preferred
  • 5+ years of financial analysis, plant accounting, or manufacturing finance experience
  • Proficiency with Excel, financial modeling, and ERP systems
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort translating data into clear, actionable insights
  • Experience in manufacturing, plant operations, or industrial environments
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams
  • Detail-oriented mindset with strong internal controls discipline
