International Tax Senior Associate – Transfer Pricing

Cherry Bekaert, a nationally recognized accounting and advisory firm, is hiring an International Tax Senior Associate specializing in Transfer Pricing in Salem, Marion County. This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to develop deep expertise in one of international taxation's most complex and strategically important disciplines.

About the Role

You'll work directly with clients and senior advisors on transfer pricing engagements that span strategy, documentation, and compliance. Your work will help multinational organizations structure intercompany transactions efficiently while navigating the intricate regulatory landscape of transfer pricing across U.S. and foreign jurisdictions.

What You'll Do

• Design transfer pricing policies and procedures tailored to each client's business operations and intercompany transactions
• Prepare comprehensive transfer pricing compliance documentation meeting U.S. and foreign jurisdiction requirements
• Conduct economic analysis and benchmarking studies to support intercompany pricing methodologies
• Evaluate and enhance transfer pricing processes, controls, and risk mitigation strategies
• Support intangibles valuation and migration planning for intellectual property transfers
• Calculate and analyze royalty rates for intercompany licenses and licensing agreements
• Contribute to international tax planning initiatives that optimize tax efficiency while ensuring regulatory compliance
• Develop client relationships through clear technical communication and professional service delivery

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or related discipline
• 2–4 years of professional experience in transfer pricing, international tax, or public accounting
• Solid understanding of OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines and U.S. Internal Revenue Code provisions
• Familiarity with transfer pricing documentation, economic methods, and regulatory frameworks
• Advanced Excel skills and openness to learning transfer pricing software platforms
• Strong written and oral communication abilities
• Ability to manage concurrent client engagements and deliver under deadline pressure
• Genuine interest in deepening transfer pricing knowledge and building advisory leadership capabilities
