About the Role
As Bridal Jewelry Manager, you'll oversee all operations of our bridal jewelry department, from curating engagement rings and wedding bands to mentoring team members and ensuring every customer interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. What You'll Do
- Direct bridal department operations and mentor a team of jewelry sales professionals
- Consult with customers on engagement rings, wedding bands, and bridal sets tailored to their preferences and budget
- Develop comprehensive product knowledge across our collection and train team members on jewelry quality, design, and value
- Build lasting client relationships that extend beyond the initial purchase
- Achieve sales goals while maintaining exceptional standards for customer experience
- Manage inventory, visual merchandising, and department organization
- Lead your team to deliver consultative, relationship-centered service
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in retail management, luxury sales, or the bridal and jewelry industry
