Manager, Technology Implementation Consulting

Wolters Kluwer is hiring a Manager, Technology Implementation Consulting to lead our Systems Implementation team in the Illinois Medical District, Chicago. In this full-time role, you'll oversee global implementation initiatives, driving delivery excellence while ensuring technology solutions meet client objectives and regulatory requirements.

About the Role

As Manager of Technology Implementation Consulting at Wolters Kluwer, you'll manage complex client engagements and lead a talented team through the full technology implementation lifecycle. You'll establish operational processes, set clear success metrics, and hold your team accountable to delivering results on schedule and on budget. Your leadership will directly impact how healthcare and legal professionals use our solutions to improve their workflows.

What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a global implementation team, fostering collaboration across time zones and geographies
• Drive delivery excellence by establishing robust processes and governance frameworks that ensure consistent results
• Manage client relationships and expectations, ensuring solutions align with business needs and regulatory compliance
• Define success metrics and track project outcomes to measure progress and team performance
• Oversee technical implementation planning and execution against timelines and budgets
• Identify implementation obstacles and resolve challenges through strategic problem-solving and escalation
• Partner cross-functionally with product, sales, and customer success teams to continuously improve delivery

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience managing implementation or consulting teams in enterprise software environments
• Strong operational leadership and process management capabilities
• Technical fluency with enterprise systems and implementation best practices
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
• Excellent communication and client stakeholder management skills
• Experience with project management methodologies and delivery frameworks
