About the Role

As Assistant Property Manager at Maloney Properties LLC, you'll support the daily operations of residential communities across our management portfolio. What You'll Do

• Assist with tenant communication, lease administration, and move-in/move-out procedures
• Support rent collection, late payment follow-up, and financial record maintenance
• Coordinate maintenance requests, vendor schedules, and property repairs
• Maintain property records, lease files, and compliance documentation
• Help organize and attend community events and resident meetings
• Conduct property inspections and document condition reports
• Support the Property Manager with budgeting, reporting, and administrative tasks
• Handle resident inquiries and resolve concerns professionally

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or college coursework preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
