What You'll Do

• Craft cocktails with precision, drawing on your knowledge of spirits and mixology techniques
• Guide guests through our wine and beer offerings with informed recommendations
• Maintain impeccable bar operations—organization, cleanliness, inventory, and stock management
• Engage authentically with guests, remembering preferences and building loyalty
• Collaborate with our kitchen and service team to align bar programming with food menus
• Mentor junior bartending staff on techniques, standards, and our hospitality approach

What We're Looking For

• Extensive bartending experience at upscale restaurants, cocktail bars, or fine dining establishments
• Strong foundational knowledge of spirits, cocktails, wine, and beer
