Online Order Filling Team Associate

Walmart is seeking a full-time Online Order Filling Team Associate to join our fulfillment operations in New Roads, Pointe Coupee Parish. In this role, you'll be responsible for efficiently picking, packing, and shipping customer orders to homes across the country.

About the Position

This is a hands-on position in Walmart's e-commerce fulfillment center where speed, accuracy, and teamwork are essential. You'll handle the complete order fulfillment process, from selecting items to final packaging and labeling, ensuring customers receive their orders on time and in perfect condition.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick items from inventory according to online customer orders
• Pack merchandise securely and prepare packages for shipment
• Verify order contents match customer purchases before sealing
• Apply proper labels and tracking information to packages
• Maintain organization of your work area and materials
• Collaborate with team members to meet fulfillment goals
• Follow health, safety, and quality procedures
• Meet productivity targets while maintaining accuracy standards

Compensation

This position offers an hourly wage between $14 and $27 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. You'll also be eligible for performance-based incentives paid annually and quarterly, plus additional pay premiums based on scheduling and facility considerations.
