Bedrock Property Management is hiring a Regional Operations Specialist to support our growing presence in Cedar Rapids and the surrounding Linn County area. About the Role
As Regional Operations Specialist, you'll be the backbone of day-to-day operations across our Cedar Rapids market. You'll coordinate between property teams, manage operational workflows, and ensure that our residents, property owners, and investment partners experience the professionalism and service they expect. This full-time position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a company that values smart execution and continuous improvement.
What You'll Do
- Oversee operational processes and systems across assigned properties and teams
- Communicate with residents, property managers, and property owners to address needs and resolve issues
- Coordinate maintenance schedules, vendor management, and lease administration
- Monitor budgets, track expenses, and support financial reporting for your region
- Identify operational improvements and help implement new processes
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with local and state regulations
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in property management, operations, or a related field
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Problem-solving mindset and willingness to take ownership of your work
