Medical Call Center Representative / Front Desk Support

What You'll Do

• Answer incoming patient calls with clarity, courtesy, and professionalism
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments while managing the calendar efficiently
• Greet patients at the front desk and check them in with attention to detail
• Manage patient inquiries regarding insurance, billing, and appointment details
• Route calls appropriately to clinical staff and ensure urgent messages reach the right person
• Update and maintain patient contact information in our practice management system
• Handle routine administrative tasks to keep the front office operating smoothly
