What You'll Do
- Greet patients and visitors with professionalism and courtesy
- Answer phones and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff members
- Process patient charges and maintain accurate billing records
- File, organize, and manage patient documentation and facility records
- Schedule appointments and coordinate the office calendar
- Assist with patient intake, registration, and paperwork completion
