About the Role
As a Clinical Nurse Coordinator for our Emergency Room, you'll serve as a clinical leader and operational bridge between the nursing team, physicians, and hospital administration. This full-time position offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact on patient outcomes and department efficiency during every shift.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate patient flow and bed management throughout the Emergency Department
- Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff during high-volume periods
- Communicate between clinical teams, physicians, and administrative departments
- Monitor emergency department operations and identify opportunities for process improvement
- Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
- Assist with staff scheduling and resource allocation to meet patient care demands
- Support quality assurance initiatives and data collection for departmental metrics
- Act as a resource for clinical questions and provide mentorship to emergency nursing staff
What We're Looking For
- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with current state licensure
- Minimum 2-3 years of emergency department nursing experience
- Strong clinical knowledge of acute and emergency nursing practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a high-stress, dynamic environment
- Proven organizational and time-management abilities
- Leadership potential and willingness to mentor colleagues
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred

Compensation
The typical hourly wage range for this position is $43.57 to $62.29 per hour, based on experience, qualifications, and other relevant factors.
