About the Role

You'll manage your own territory as a B2B outside sales consultant, building relationships with church leadership and decision-makers. Your goal is to help churches discover how Universal Church Directories' services strengthen their operations and ministry. This isn't a high-pressure sales grind—it's a consultative role where you listen, diagnose organizational needs, and connect churches with solutions that create real value.

What You'll Do

• Meet face-to-face with church leaders to understand their challenges and goals
• Present customized service recommendations that align with each church's vision
• Build and nurture long-term partnerships across your territory
• Manage your sales pipeline, track progress, and work toward territory growth targets
• Follow up with existing clients to ensure adoption and satisfaction
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent service experiences

What We're Looking For

• Proven B2B outside sales or territory sales experience
• Excellent relationship-building and communication abilities
• Genuine interest in church operations and ministry (or willingness to learn)
• Self-motivated mindset with a track record of hitting targets
• Comfort conducting local in-person meetings and travel within your territory
• Ability to listen, ask diagnostic questions, and position value clearly
