About the Role

As our PWSA Ground Segment Scheduler, you will manage and optimize the scheduling of ground segment operations, ensuring seamless coordination across multiple systems and stakeholder requirements. You will be responsible for developing timelines, coordinating resource allocation, and supporting the delivery of mission-critical capabilities that depend on reliable, well-planned operations.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain detailed operational schedules for ground segment systems, balancing mission priorities with resource constraints
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, and customer teams to align scheduling decisions with program objectives
• Monitor and report on schedule performance, identifying bottlenecks and recommending optimizations
• Support planning activities for system deployments, testing phases, and operational milestones
• Maintain comprehensive scheduling documentation and ensure compliance with program requirements
• Adapt schedules in response to changing mission needs and technical developments

What We're Looking For

• Active or ability to obtain a US security clearance (required for this position)
• Experience with operational scheduling, project coordination, or mission planning
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage complex, interdependent tasks
• Familiarity with satellite operations, ground systems, or related technical domains (preferred)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
• Proficiency with scheduling tools and project management software
