Maintenance and Facilities Lead Supervisor

Eaton Corporation is seeking a Maintenance and Facilities Lead Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at our Barrio Jarealitos, Arecibo facility in a full-time role. You'll oversee building systems, equipment, and grounds while fostering a culture of safety and operational excellence.

About the Role

As Maintenance and Facilities Lead Supervisor, you'll report to senior operations leadership and be the primary steward of our facility's physical infrastructure. You'll manage the day-to-day maintenance, repairs, and inspections that keep our operations running safely and efficiently. This role combines hands-on technical knowledge with supervisory responsibilities—you'll lead maintenance staff, coordinate with production teams, and ensure compliance with safety standards.

What You'll Do

• Oversee preventive maintenance programs for buildings, production machinery, tools, and facility systems
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment, facilities, and premises to identify issues before they escalate
• Supervise and coordinate repairs and maintenance activities across all facility areas
• Provide technical guidance on installation, commissioning, and layout modifications for new production equipment
• Plan and execute equipment relocation and system integration projects
• Establish and enforce safety protocols to create a secure work environment for all staff
• Maintain maintenance records, schedules, and documentation
• Communicate with operations and production teams to address maintenance needs promptly

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in maintenance supervision or facility management
• Technical expertise in building systems, mechanical equipment, and machinery repair
• Strong knowledge of safety standards and preventive maintenance best practices
• Leadership experience managing maintenance teams
• Ability to troubleshoot complex equipment problems and coordinate solutions
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Familiarity with maintenance software or record-keeping systems
