ERP Project Administrator

Avero Advisors is hiring an ERP Project Administrator to support high-stakes technology modernization initiatives for government agencies in Portland, Multnomah County. This full-time position offers the chance to shape critical digital transformation projects in the public sector.

About the Role

As ERP Project Administrator at Avero Advisors, you'll be central to how we deliver enterprise resource planning modernization and broader business operations transformation for state and local government clients. You'll coordinate project activities, manage documentation, track deliverables, and ensure teams stay aligned throughout implementation timelines. This is hands-on work that directly impacts how government agencies adopt new systems for budgeting, HR, permitting, and data management.

What You'll Do

• Maintain project schedules, budgets, and status tracking across ERP implementation engagements
• Prepare agendas, meeting minutes, and status reports for client and internal stakeholder reviews
• Coordinate schedules and logistics for project team members and government client partners
• Document project requirements, decisions, and configuration changes for ERP platforms
• Track action items and issues through resolution, escalating blockers to project leadership
• Support quality assurance activities and testing coordination during system deployments
• Communicate project progress and timelines to government clients with varying technical backgrounds

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of project administration, project coordination, or related operations experience
• Familiarity with enterprise software implementation or ERP environments (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar)
• Strong organizational and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple work streams and competing priorities simultaneously
• Comfort working with government stakeholders and navigating public-sector decision-making processes
• Proficiency with project management tools, MS Office, and data tracking spreadsheets
• Attention to detail and commitment to accurate documentation
