- Execute product displays and merchandising standards to highlight Hallmark's card, gift, and seasonal collections
- Manage inventory levels, restocking, and product rotation to keep shelves well-organized and appealing
- Work directly with store managers and team members to understand their needs and resolve merchandising challenges
- Conduct store visits on a consistent schedule to monitor product placement and brand representation
- Track and report on inventory status, sales trends, and store conditions to support Hallmark's retail goals
- Represent Hallmark professionally, reflecting our commitment to quality and customer service
