• Lead and motivate a team of order fillers to meet productivity and quality targets

Compensation and Benefits

Walmart offers competitive compensation for this position, with an hourly wage of $24.50–$37.50 per hour based on experience and qualifications. The actual rate meets or exceeds the applicable minimum wage for the location. You'll also be eligible for performance incentives and additional compensation opportunities.
