S A Solutions is seeking skilled and reliable Machine Operators & Assemblers to support our production facility in Rochester Hills, Michigan. Whether your expertise lies in operating assembly equipment or managing molding processes, you'll contribute directly to the quality and efficiency of our manufacturing output. This is a hands-on role perfect for individuals who take pride in precision work and maintaining high production standards.
What You'll Do
- Operate and manage assembly and molding machinery according to established specifications and quality standards
- Monitor equipment performance throughout your shift and report any mechanical issues immediately
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure quality compliance
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a safety-focused workplace culture
- Collaborate with team members and respond to supervisor direction
Shift Options & Compensation
We operate across three shifts with the following hourly rates:
- 1st Shift (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM): $15.00/hour assembly, $16.00/hour molding
- 2nd Shift (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM): $15.25/hour assembly, $16.25/hour molding
- 3rd Shift (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM): $17.00/hour assembly
All positions include weekly paychecks.

- Prior experience with assembly or molding operations preferred, but training available for the right candidate
- Ability to follow detailed instructions with precision
