EP Mapping Specialist – CAS

Medtronic is hiring an EP Mapping Specialist - CAS in San Rafael, Marin County, California. In this full-time role, you'll operate advanced cardiac mapping systems in a clinical environment, working alongside physicians and clinical teams to support electrophysiology procedures and patient care.

About the Role

As an EP Mapping Specialist, you'll be at the heart of our cardiac care operations, managing sophisticated electrophysiology mapping technology and ensuring seamless procedural support. You'll combine technical expertise with clinical insight to deliver precise, reliable results that directly impact patient outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Operate and troubleshoot cardiac mapping systems during electrophysiology procedures, ensuring optimal data acquisition and system performance
• Collaborate with electrophysiologists and clinical staff to support procedure planning, execution, and documentation
• Maintain detailed records of procedural data, system performance, and quality metrics in compliance with regulatory standards
• Perform routine system maintenance, quality checks, and calibration to keep equipment functioning at peak performance
• Provide technical support and training to clinical team members on system operation and best practices
• Respond to equipment issues quickly and effectively, implementing solutions or escalating when needed
• Stay current with system updates, software enhancements, and emerging cardiac mapping protocols

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience with cardiac electrophysiology mapping systems or related clinical/medical device roles
• Strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting mindset with attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills—ability to work effectively with physicians, nurses, and clinical teams
• Understanding of cardiac physiology, electrophysiology principles, and patient safety protocols
