About the Role

Datavant is hiring a Client Coding Project Manager to lead the coordination and execution of client implementation initiatives. You'll own the project lifecycle—from initial requirements gathering through successful delivery—working alongside clients, internal technical teams, and stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget project completion. This role combines technical literacy with client management skills to translate business needs into actionable technical deliverables.

What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end implementation projects for healthcare clients, from scope definition through go-live and post-launch support
• Coordinate between client teams and Datavant engineers to align on technical requirements, timelines, and deliverables
• Track project progress, identify risks early, and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track
• Facilitate meetings, status updates, and documentation to ensure clear communication across all stakeholders
• Support clients with technical setup, data integration, and platform configuration specific to their needs
• Troubleshoot implementation challenges and work with technical teams to develop solutions
• Contribute to continuous improvement of our project delivery processes and client onboarding workflows

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of project management experience, ideally in a technical or SaaS environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage client relationships and expectations
• Familiarity with healthcare data, compliance requirements (HIPAA), or healthcare technology is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and a commitment to quality outcomes
• Comfort learning new software platforms and working in a technical context
