About the Role
In this position, you'll drive the design, development, and publication of web experiences that serve federal government stakeholders. You'll operate at the intersection of modern front-end development, Microsoft 365 platform expertise, and content strategy—working in a dynamic environment where your technical skills directly support the public sector's digital transformation.
What You'll Do
- Architect and implement front-end solutions using SharePoint and Microsoft 365 technologies
- Design and optimize user interfaces that meet federal agency requirements and accessibility standards
- Develop web publishing workflows and manage content distribution across government digital properties
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into functional, scalable solutions
- Ensure compliance with federal web standards and security protocols
- Participate in code review, testing, and quality assurance processes
What We're Looking For
- Mid-level professional experience in front-end development and web technologies
- Demonstrated expertise with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and related M365 tools
- Strong proficiency in modern web development frameworks and languages
- Experience designing and implementing user-centered web experiences
- Understanding of web content management and publishing best practices
- Ability to obtain and maintain a positive adjudication for a Public Trust clearance
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in collaborative teams
- Knowledge of federal web accessibility (WCAG) and compliance requirements is a plus
