About the Role
As a Lube Technician at Grease Monkey International, you'll become the first point of contact for vehicle maintenance and fluid service. This is a hands-on entry-level position where you'll gain core competencies in automotive maintenance while building a foundation for long-term career growth in the industry.
What You'll Do
- Perform oil and fluid changes on a variety of vehicles, using company-approved methods and materials
- Replace air filters, cabin filters, and other routine maintenance items
- Inspect tire pressure, condition, and alignment needs, and alert customers to any concerns
- Top off vehicle fluids including coolant, windshield washer, and power steering fluid
- Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections and document findings accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and shop standards
- Communicate with customers about their vehicle's service needs in a professional and courteous manner
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures to ensure quality work and injury prevention

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to doing work right the first time
- Ability to follow procedures and safety guidelines without exception
- Willingness to learn automotive fundamentals and expand your technical skill set
- Reliable transportation and availability for a full-time schedule
- Professional demeanor and genuine interest in customer service
- Mechanical aptitude or prior experience is a plus, but not required—we'll train the right candidate
