About the Role
As a Residential Service Plumbing Technician with MVP Plumbing LLC, you'll be the trusted professional homeowners call when their plumbing systems break down. You'll diagnose problems accurately, execute timely repairs, and leave every customer confident in your work. This full-time position offers commission-based compensation paid biweekly, and you'll operate out of our Chandler location serving the greater Maricopa County area.
What You'll Do
- Diagnose plumbing failures in residential homes and design practical repair approaches
- Perform repairs, installations, and maintenance on supply lines, drainage systems, fixtures, and water-using appliances
- Test systems for proper operation and code compliance
- Explain problems and solutions to homeowners in clear, professional terms
- Maintain service vehicle equipment and manage work areas responsibly
- Document service visits and completed work accurately
- Prioritize customer satisfaction while working efficiently and meeting schedules
What We're Looking For
- Advanced plumbing knowledge with proven residential service experience
- Current Arizona plumbing license or qualifications to obtain one
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Commitment to completing jobs promptly and correctly
- Excellent customer communication and service mindset
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical capability to perform plumbing work, including lifting and working in confined spaces
