EY is seeking a Senior Manager, SAP Technology Architecture to lead consulting engagements and drive digital transformation through enterprise systems innovation. This full-time position is based in Tucson, Pima County, and offers the opportunity to shape how organizations leverage SAP technology to solve complex business challenges.

About the Role

As a Senior Manager of SAP Technology Architecture in our Consulting practice, you'll serve as a strategic technical leader and trusted advisor to enterprise clients. You'll design comprehensive SAP solutions, lead high-performing teams through complex implementations, and translate client business objectives into scalable technology strategies that deliver measurable impact.

What You'll Do

• Direct SAP technology roadmaps and architectural strategies for large-scale client engagements
• Lead and mentor consulting teams on architecture, best practices, and delivery excellence
• Assess client SAP environments, identify optimization opportunities, and recommend solutions aligned with business goals
• Manage technical delivery across multiple projects while ensuring quality, scope, and timeline management
• Build and maintain client relationships as the technical authority and strategic partner
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP with emerging technologies and industry innovations
• Establish thought leadership through client workshops, technical guidance, and architectural governance

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of SAP technology architecture, implementation, or consulting experience
• Proven track record leading enterprise-level SAP engagements and technical teams
• Deep expertise in SAP modules (ERP, supply chain, finance, or customer experience)
• Strong knowledge of SAP HANA, cloud deployment models, and integration patterns
• Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Leadership experience managing senior consultants and managing complex project delivery
• Excellent communication and client engagement skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
• SAP certifications or relevant industry credentials (preferred)
