About the Role

As an Assistant Store Manager, you'll partner with the Store Manager to oversee daily operations and drive success across your Dollar General location in Buffalo, SC. You'll develop team members, ensure excellent customer service, and contribute to a positive store environment where employees feel valued and engaged.

What You'll Do

• Support store operations including opening, closing, and staffing responsibilities
• Train, supervise, and motivate store associates to deliver exceptional customer service
• Monitor inventory accuracy, merchandising standards, and store cleanliness

• Respond to customer concerns and resolve issues professionally
• Assist with scheduling, task delegation, and performance management
