Executive Producer- Live Stage/Keynote

About the Role

As an Executive Producer for live stage and keynote events, you'll oversee the complete production lifecycle for sophisticated corporate events, brand activations, and immersive experiences. You'll manage complex logistical challenges, collaborate across creative and technical teams, and ensure every detail reflects the strategic vision and brand objectives of our clients.

What You'll Do

• Lead pre-production planning for keynote events and live stage productions, including timeline development, budget management, and vendor coordination
• Manage on-site production operations and oversee technical execution during live events
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and delivering regular project updates
• Direct creative and technical teams to achieve design specifications and quality standards
• Coordinate with event venues, equipment vendors, AV specialists, and talent to ensure seamless integration
• Troubleshoot production challenges in real-time and implement solutions to maintain event integrity
• Develop production schedules, manage resource allocation, and track deliverables against timelines

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience producing live stage events, keynote productions, or corporate experiences at scale
• Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex productions simultaneously
• Excellent communication and leadership capabilities with proficiency managing cross-functional teams
• Technical knowledge of audio, video, lighting, and stage production requirements
• Problem-solving mindset with ability to adapt quickly to changing conditions on-site
• Meticulous attention to detail combined with strategic thinking about overall event impact
• Experience working with high-profile clients or managing high-stakes event productions
