About the Role

As a Laborer in Burlington, you'll contribute to erosion control, land services, street sweeping, and site maintenance projects that protect properties and support environmental goals.
What You'll Do
- Install and maintain erosion control systems and sediment barriers on construction sites
- Perform land preparation, grading, and site clearing work
- Conduct street sweeping and debris removal operations
- Support ongoing site maintenance and restoration projects
- Operate hand tools and power equipment safely and effectively
- Adhere to all safety regulations and environmental standards
- Collaborate with team members in fast-paced field environments
What We're Looking For
- Physical capability to perform manual labor and outdoor work throughout changing weather conditions
- Reliable, hardworking, and safety-conscious mindset
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively with hand and power tools
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Prior construction or landscaping experience helpful but not required; we provide training
Compensation and Benefits
- Hourly pay range: $16.00–$17.00
