About the Role

As an Enterprise Account Executive specializing in Aerospace & Defense, you'll own the sales cycle for large, complex opportunities. You'll work with C-level executives and technical stakeholders to position Salesforce's CRM platform as a transformational business solution. Your success directly impacts revenue targets while shaping how leading A&D organizations manage customer relationships and drive operational efficiency.

What You'll Do

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue enterprise sales opportunities within the Aerospace & Defense vertical
  • Lead discovery conversations to understand customer challenges and align Salesforce solutions with business outcomes
  • Develop and execute account penetration strategies for assigned enterprise accounts
  • Collaborate with sales engineers, solution consultants, and customer success teams through the entire deal cycle
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers and influencers
  • Forecast accurately and report pipeline activity through Salesforce systems
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals on schedule and at target margins

What We're Looking For

  • Proven track record closing enterprise SaaS or software deals, preferably in CRM, cloud solutions, or mission-critical systems
  • Experience selling to Aerospace, Defense, Government, or heavily regulated industries
  • Strong command of enterprise sales methodology and consultative selling approaches
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder deals with long sales cycles
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strategic mindset with ability to uncover business value and ROI
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and driven by measurable success
