Mechanical Assembler/mechanic

About the Role

You'll be part of our production team on the 1st shift, working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with occasional Saturday hours as needed. In this hands-on role, you'll assemble vacuum pump and abatement system components from individual parts, following detailed technical specifications and drawings. You'll perform comprehensive testing and calibration on finished units to verify they meet performance requirements before delivery.

What You'll Do

• Assemble vacuum system components using hand tools and manufacturing equipment
• Interpret technical drawings and assembly specifications accurately
• Test and calibrate vacuum pump systems for functionality and precision
• Conduct quality inspections and document test results
• Collaborate with team members to maintain production schedules
• Maintain organized work areas and follow safety standards
