JP Euro, a premier European and exotic automotive repair facility located in East Hartford, Connecticut, is seeking an experienced Full-Time BMW Master Technician Mechanic to lead our technical operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled technician ready to advance their career with competitive pay of $50–$65 per hour and relocation assistance available for qualified candidates.
About the Role
As a Master-level technician in our East Hartford shop, you'll take ownership of complex BMW diagnostics and repair projects, mentor junior technicians, and uphold the exacting standards JP Euro is known for across the BMW specialist community.
What You'll Do
- Perform comprehensive diagnostics and repairs on BMW models using factory service procedures and advanced diagnostic equipment
- Execute preventive maintenance, transmission, engine, electrical, and suspension work to OEM specifications
- Document all work accurately in our shop management system and provide clear technical communication to service advisors
- Troubleshoot and resolve warranty and technical issues with precision and thoroughness
- Lead by example, training and supervising technicians on BMW-specific repair techniques and best practices
- Maintain shop safety protocols and equipment standards
What We're Looking For
- Master-level BMW technical expertise and certification (ASE or equivalent preferred)
- Proven track record in independent BMW repair shops or dealerships
- Deep knowledge of BMW electrical systems, turbocharged engines, and in-vehicle electronics
- Proficiency with BMW diagnostic software and modern scan tools
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
- Valid driver's license and ability to test-drive vehicles
- Reliability and willingness to be part of a growing team
