About the Role
As Maintenance Supervisor at Identity Logan Park, you'll oversee daily maintenance operations for a high-end residential community. Working closely with the Property Manager, you'll ensure that all building systems, grounds, and common areas meet exacting standards for safety, appearance, and functionality. Your leadership will directly impact resident satisfaction and the long-term value of the property.
What You'll Do
- Supervise and schedule a team of maintenance technicians across preventative maintenance, repairs, and grounds upkeep
- Conduct regular inspections of building systems, landscaping, amenities, and common areas
- Coordinate emergency repairs and respond to maintenance requests with speed and professionalism
- Maintain compliance with all safety codes, regulations, and operational standards
- Manage maintenance inventory, equipment procurement, and vendor relationships
- Train team members and enforce best practices to sustain community standards
- Document maintenance activities, track performance metrics, and report to management
- Prioritize grounds maintenance and curb appeal as key drivers of community distinction
What We're Looking For
- Proven supervisory experience in multifamily residential or student housing maintenance
- Technical proficiency with building systems, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical components
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management abilities
- Capacity to prioritize multiple tasks and respond effectively to urgent issues
- Experience with maintenance management software and digital scheduling tools
- Valid driver's license and availability to work flexible hours as needed
