About the Role

We're seeking experienced flatbed drivers and motivated operators with at least 6 months of tractor-trailer experience who are ready to step into an over-the-road driving career. You'll operate company equipment on regional and long-haul routes, managing flatbed loads with professionalism and attention to safety. What You'll Do

• Operate a Class A CDL vehicle safely across interstate routes and regional assignments
• Manage flatbed load securement, tarp coverage, and chain-down procedures per industry standards
• Plan and execute efficient routes while maintaining DOT compliance and logbook accuracy
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and maintain professional relationships with shippers and receivers
• Contribute to a culture of safety and continuous improvement across our fleet

What We're Looking For

• Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record
• Minimum 6 months of recent tractor-trailer operating experience
