As a Senior Sales Associate at Music & Arts in Baltimore, you'll hold a key position on our Store 012 team, balancing ambitious sales targets with the responsibility of fostering lasting customer relationships and supporting junior staff members in delivering exceptional service.
What You'll Do
- Consistently exceed individual sales goals while maintaining high standards for customer service
- Promote our comprehensive lesson programs to customers and build relationships with local music educators and schools
- Mentor and support junior sales team members, sharing product expertise and best practices
- Create business opportunities through active networking and community outreach
- Maintain expert product knowledge and provide personalized instrument recommendations
- Manage point-of-sale transactions and handle in-store operations during your shifts
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a retail environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in retail sales, ideally in music or specialty retail
- Ability to thrive as both an independent contributor and collaborative team member
