About the Role
As Machine Shop Manager at Winsert, you'll take the helm of our Marinette machine shop, driving productivity, quality, and safety across daily operations. You'll manage our production team, oversee process improvements, and work directly with leadership to hit company targets. What You'll Do
- Direct daily production activities and shop floor operations to meet output and quality standards
- Supervise and mentor machine shop staff, fostering accountability and continuous improvement
- Implement and enforce safety protocols, training, and compliance procedures
- Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance to minimize downtime
- Track manufacturing metrics and report progress against company goals
- Collaborate with engineering and management on process optimization and cost reduction

Compensation & Benefits
This full-time Machine Shop Manager position offers a competitive salary of $95,000–$105,000 annually, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
