Join Perkins&Will as a full-time Senior Project Manager for Healthcare in our Financial District, San Francisco office. We're seeking an experienced healthcare project management professional to lead complex design and construction initiatives that improve patient care environments and strengthen healthcare communities.
About the Role
As a Senior Project Manager specializing in healthcare, you'll manage significant projects from conception through delivery. Working within a human-centered design firm, you'll coordinate between architects, engineers, clients, and stakeholders to transform healthcare facilities that make a tangible difference in people's lives.
What You'll Do
- Lead healthcare project delivery across all phases, ensuring on-time and on-budget completion
- Manage stakeholder relationships and maintain clear communication with clients, team members, and external partners
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated design and construction solutions
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to keep initiatives on track
- Ensure healthcare design quality meets regulatory standards and client vision
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing healthcare construction or design projects
- Strong project management expertise and working knowledge of healthcare facility standards
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Demonstrated success coordinating complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
- Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively
- Relevant professional background in project management, architecture, engineering, or healthcare facility design
