About the Role

As Vice President of Customer Intelligence & CRM, you'll develop and execute comprehensive customer data and CRM strategy for Tory Burch. You'll lead the teams and technology that help us understand our customers deeply, segment and personalize their experiences, and measure the impact of customer-focused initiatives. This strategic role connects customer intelligence with business performance across marketing, merchandising, and operations.

What You'll Do

  • Build and lead the customer intelligence and CRM strategy to support business growth
  • Oversee customer data platforms, data governance practices, and analytics capabilities
  • Lead CRM technology roadmaps, system implementations, and key vendor relationships
  • Develop customer segmentation models and personalization frameworks that drive engagement and loyalty
  • Partner across departments to translate customer insights into business strategy and marketing effectiveness
  • Build and mentor a team of customer analytics, CRM, and data professionals
  • Ensure data privacy, regulatory compliance (CCPA, GDPR), and ethical data practices

What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in customer intelligence, CRM, marketing analytics, or data strategy
  • 3+ years in a leadership role managing customer data, analytics, or CRM functions
  • Proven success designing and scaling customer data platforms or CRM ecosystems
  • Expert-level knowledge of CRM platforms, marketing automation, customer analytics, and segmentation
  • Strong background in data governance, privacy regulations, and compliance
  • Track record of collaborating across functions to drive business impact
  • Experience in luxury retail, fashion, or direct-to-consumer businesses preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, computer science, analytics, or related discipline
